I try not to overcomplicate my routine. Anything that needs detailed timing, multiple steps, or a special diet to work probably isn’t sustainable for me. Nerve Alive is straightforward, which is exactly what I want. I don’t have to plan around it or rearrange my day. That simplicity is a feature, not a limitation.
